1. The CIBC Club Privileges^TM Program is managed by Carlson Marketing Group (Carlson) in conjunction with Invicta Club, Inc. (“InVicta Club”)

2. For purposes of this Handbook, “Member” refers to the person who is registered on the CIBC Club Privileges membership application; “Golf Facility” refers to any golf course, driving range or other golf facility that has agreed to participate in the CIBC Club Privileges program (“CIBC Club Privileges”) and/or InVicta Club Inc. (“InVicta Club”) program.

3. The membership benefits described in this Handbook (“Membership Benefits”) are authorized, available, and in full force for as long as your CIBC Club Privileges membership is fully paid, registered, and in good standing.

4. Membership Benefits are for personal and individual use only, and not transferable to any other person. Lost or stolen membership cards, and any unauthorized use of a membership card or membership number should be reported immediately to the Customer Care Center.

5. Your CIBC Club Privileges membership must be in effect and in good standing at the time you pay for a round of golf, a lesson or use of driving range services at a Golf Facility.

6. To ensure you receive timely news of supplemental Membership Benefits and special offers, please immediately notify the Customer Care Center of any changes to your mailing or e-mail address during your membership year.

7. To protect the CIBC Club Privileges program from misuse, please be prepared to show your Membership card and corresponding photo identification each time you use a participating Golf Facility. You must identify yourself as a CIBC Club Privileges Member when booking tee times in Canada. Outside of Canada, please identify yourself as an InVicta Club Member.

8. All participating Golf Facilities are independent operators. Therefore, Carlson, InVicta Club and CIBC cannot and do not assume any liability or responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property or personal injury resulting from the Member utilizing the services of the Golf Facility. Any loss or damage is the sole responsibility of the Golf Facility and should be reported to the manager or owner of the Golf Facility and the Member’s own insurance company as set out in such company’s rules regarding claims. Member specifically releases Carlson, InVicta Club, and CIBC and their officers, directors and shareholders from any liability arising from the Member’s use of Golf Facilities.

9. All CIBC Club Privileges memberships are subject to acceptance by InVicta Club.

10. Membership in CIBC Club Privileges does not entitle you to rights to the equity or participation in the affairs of InVicta Club. Membership does not imply any right or privilege to participate in or administer InVicta Club business policies and does not create any vested or proprietary right of any kind in land or other assets of InVicta Club.

11. Golf Facilities, membership rules and regulations are subject to change without notice.

12. Annual membership fees and one-time initiation fees may change without notice. Membership renewal will be automatic each year unless Member notifies CIBC Club Privileges in writing that he/she does not wish to renew. Membership is on an annual basis starting May 1st to April 30th.

13. CIBC Club Privileges and InVicta Club reserve the right to revoke your membership for any of the following reasons:
a. Willful destruction of Golf Facility property,
b. Physical or gross abuse of staff at Golf Facility, or
c. Displaying conduct injurious to the reputation of CIBC Golf Privileges, InVicta Club or its Members.

14. If for any reason you wish to discontinue your CIBC Club Privileges membership, you must notify us in writing and return the membership card and unused free golf round certificate. You (or the CIBC Visa cardholder who purchased your membership, if it was a gift to you) will be eligible for a refund that is a pro-rata portion of the membership fee for the balance of the period starting May 1 and ending October 31. If you no longer have the certificate, you will be eligible to receive one-half of the amount calculated above. All refund requests must be sent by certified mail or courier to Carlson Marketing Group,2845 Matheson Blvd E, Mississauga,Ont, L4W5K2. If the Member does not return the item(s) via certified mail or courier, InVicta Club, Carlson nor CIBC will be able to guarantee receipt, and therefore, cannot guarantee a refund.

15. The discount is based on the published rate available at the date and time of purchase and is not available in conjunction with any other discount, voucher, coupon or special offer. Please be aware that restrictions may apply at certain courses.

16. Free annual round is available when a companion round is purchased at the regular price for tee times any time during the week and after 11:00 a.m. weekends and holidays. Free round is not available at Angus Glen May 7 - Oct 15. Free rounds redeemed at Westwood Plateau must be played within three days of tee time booking.

17. Some restrictions may apply at certain courses and for selected benefits.
